What are the enclosures made of?
The frame of the enclosures consists of high-grade aluminum poles and the panels are made of industrial strength fabric that is extremely durable, fire-retardant, wrinkle-resistant, and machine washable.
How do the enclosures assemble?
The aluminum frame assembles quickly with the use of a single wrench which is included with the enclosure purchase. There are no other tools required! With just a quarter turn of the wrench the poles secure together easily. Panels are then adhered on the outside and top of the frame to completely enclose the structure. A final panel is adhered to the frame on the inside of the booth to provide the perfect backdrop for your pictures. The result is an incredibly sturdy yet lightweight and elegant enclosure that will last for years.
What are the dimensions of the enclosures?
The small enclosure measures: 4ft. wide x 6ft. deep x 7ft. tall and accommodates up to 6 guests. The large enclosure measures - 6ft. wide x 6ft. deep x 7ft. tall and accommodates up to 12 guests.
*Note about the measurements: The width refers to the width of the backdrop of the enclosure. The depth refers to the distance from the backdrop to the front panel (where the openings for the electronics are). The 7ft. height ensures the booth can easily be set up under any standard 8ft. ceiling.
What is a combination enclosure?
The combination enclosure is our most versatile enclosure as it can be set up as EITHER a small OR a large booth. It comes with all the panels & frame poles necessary to set up the enclosure in either size depending on the amount of space available at the venue or the preference of your client.
*Important: Combination enclosures are NOT two completely separate enclosures. They are enclosures that offer you the versatility to EITHER be set up as a large booth OR a small booth but not both at the same time.
Do the enclosures come with photobooth electronics or software?
Enclosures DO NOT include electronics such as cameras, computers, printers, etc. However, if you don't already own electronics or road cases we now offer stylish & sleek road cases to match our enclosures that are pre-installed with all the electronics and software you need to be up and running right out of the box for the ultimate turn-key photobooth solution!
Will the enclosures work with my existing electronic equipment?
Yes. We custom cut the openings in the front panel of the enclosure to fit your specific electronic equipment set up so our enclosures work perfectly for every photo booth company.
How do I place an order?
To place an order please call us at 608-658-2818 and we can process your order immediately over the phone. If you will be using your own cases we will help you obtain the measurements we need to cut out the openings for your screen, camera, lights, etc. to fit your cases. If you are purchasing our cases to pair with your enclosure you do not need to submit any measurements at all. Lastly, if you would like your enclosure printed please email us your logo or custom artwork in .eps or .ai format and we'll take it from there.
What is your turn around time?
Due to our streamlined ordering process and increased production capacity your order will ship approximately 7-10 business days from your order date.
What is your return policy?
Due to the custom nature of our enclosures we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. All sales are final.
Can I purchase the cases separate from the enclosure?
If you already have an enclosure or if you prefer not to use one, you can purchase your cases without the enclosure. However, we offer significant discounts to those who purchase our cases and enclosures together which makes purchasing a complete solution the best overall value.
Will I have access to support after my purchase?
Absolutely. Though our extensive user guide and tutorials provide clients with the majority of the information they need to successfully operate the booth, we are available by email or phone to help with any questions you might have.
How long do the cases take to set up?
The cases can be stacked, secured, and ready for operation in less than 5 minutes. Please Note: Printer manufacturers suggest that printers not be transported on their sides or upside down. Unless you can safely transport the individual cases standing upright, we recommend transporting the printer in its own box or case.
How much do the prints cost?
Each print costs 14 cents and the average number of prints per event ranges from 60-150 depending on the number of hours the booth is active and the number of guests at the event. This makes your average out of pocket expense per event between $10-$20 not including any labor or travel expenses. This incredibly low operating cost is what makes the photobooth business so profitable!
Are the photo strips or screen templates customizable?
Yes. You can quickly and easily customize both the photo strips and the screen templates directly from your photobooth computer. You do not need any additional software or knowledge of Photoshop.
Can I offer videobooth or social media options?
Yes. Social media functionality is integrated into the photobooth software. The software allows you to
capture guests email addresses after each session and automatically email them their photo. You can also
use email to automatically upload images to Facebook and Twitter. The advantage of sharing and uploading
images via email is that the software saves the email addresses that are entered by the guests to a list
which you can then use for your own email marketing purposes.
To offer videobooth messaging you can purchase our videobooth upgrade which includes an upgraded camera (Canon T3i), wireless microphone system, high speed memory card, & video screen templates. You can even run videobooth and photobooth mode simultaneously so that guests can choose whether to take pictures, leave a video message, or do both.
How long will it take to receive my cases once I order?
Due to our streamlined ordering and production process your order will typically ship within 7-10 business days from your order date. Payment is due at the time you place your order via Visa, Mastercard, Discover, or Money Order.
